Program Update:

WAVES Project continues to grow to meet the demand as we have seen an increase in veteran applicants over the past year.  Currently, there are more than 150 new applicants on the waiting list for 64 new applicant spaces available in 2020.  To help meet the need, WAVES Project has increased fundraising efforts to offer more classes and established Affiliates or “Forward Operating Base” (FOB) to expand services in areas outside of southwest Riverside County. 

WAVES Project also implemented a system to help identify those who would benefit the most from our programs and are in greatest need. If you are a veteran on the waiting list and you receive notice that a spot has opened up, take it!  Because you don’t know when the opportunity will come around again.
